Cupping Notes

I've had the pleasure of cupping and enjoying two very good coffees lately.  One is Blind Dog Coffee's Nevada Black, courtesy of my Aunt Lynne (who has the honor of being the member of our family whose name Googles best--I, Mike Miller, no doubt have the least Googleable name).
