I have to admit to feeling slightly Kramer-like when I had a large amount of frozen food delivered this evening. Even more like the Seinfeld character was the fact that the Schwan's delivery was nearly the highlight of my week. All the more reason for enthusiasm was the pricetag--forty dollars total. As a Lower East Side resident, it seemed like a rare visit from Planet Cheap & Friendly.
