Today found me again trying to overcome some skepticism about the wider world. I had an (admittedly very good) cappuccino at Stone Creek Coffee in Glendale, but apparently it was only 6 ounces. I know I have advocated for smaller drinks, but 6 ounces seems like a excessively small drink to market to Americans, unless it's fruit-flavored and contained in a test tube. The corner of Port Washington and Green Tree is a nice area, but it ain't gay Paree.
I'm pretty sure my Verismo is waiting to be picked up from my apartment building's office, and expectations are very high. I imagine I may be making substantially fewer coffeehouse visits starting Monday.
