How many variations on the theme "possibly above-average coffee and heavily marked-up baked goods in an estrogen-heavy environment" can the market bear? Something tells me we'll find out...
This thought occurred to me while at Shorewood's City Market yesterday evening--actually, I originally thought it up on hearing the news of the forthcoming Alterra and City Market locations on the North Shore. More importantly, make it equally appealing to people of both sexes. Banish vocal jazz forever from the stereo system.
