The more I think about this "Coffee Nazi" story, the more incensed I become. The primary reason is how it exposes the two-faced nature of our society. Isn't our society all about not doing anything you're not comfortable with? This doesn't seem to apply when you're on the wrong side of a counter. Moreover, I believe the disease of our day is not-give-a-shititis. When someone tilts at windmills by exhibiting perhaps excessive behavior in the other direction, I can't help but be more or less secretly pleased.
Look at all the comments on the "And I Am Not Lying" post! No doubt, we'll soon be hearing what Obama and McCain have to say about the issue.
