Ristretto: Coffee, Coffee and More Coffee

I promise that this post will be all about the coffee.

-I recently posted that cupping is my favorite way to enjoy coffee.  Here's a New York Times article about the phenomenon of cuppings hosted by indie coffeehouses.  Stone Creek does them, but I haven't received notice of one lately.

-I continue to enjoy the combination of Stone Creek's 15th Anniversary blend (see ad on top right of page) and Alterra's Decaf Organic Mexican Kulaktik.
