Specialty Coffee Drinks: Clover Equipment

While sitting at the bar at Alterra Prospect recently, I spied a Clover machine in the back of the house, presumably being tested.  I hope Alterra springs for them—presumably this would allow them to offer several different varieties of drip coffee every day rather than just two regulars and a decaf.
